The Conor House Project Inspired by a Gift Lost & Found began in 2001 serving families in space donated to the organization; the charming 3rd floor of a historic house on Walnut Street welcomed kids for 6 years. Lost & Found anticipated the need to find a new home and in 2006 a contribution from The Conor Foundation helped the growing organization purchase a cozy, 100-year-old, 2-story house. The house proudly carries the name “The Conor House” in memory of the donor’s son, Conor Foster.
A Simple Need Lost & Found continues its effort to use funds for the direct benefit of the children and families they serve. The addition of a new facility requires a considerable amount of the incoming funds to support the expense of that structure. Lost & Found would like to make all necessary improvements to its building so that it may effectively meet the needs of families and retire the debt of The Conor House. Meeting this goal will enable Lost & Found to focus funds on new programs for its families and the community.
