Services Provided
Lost & Found Grief Center provided more services to families than ever before during our 2010 fiscal year. We experienced dramatic growth in the Teen & Middlers’ groups – they were the largest in program history. We also saw a startling increase in the number of children needing support because of the death of a parent from suicide.
There are currently 35 children enrolled in groups because of a suicide death. More than
300 individuals participated in support groups during the 2009 - 2010 school year. These
300+ individuals attended groups twice a month for 90 minutes, bringing the total number of contact service hours provided to
10,310, a value of
$824,800.
